Graduation Date: August 2007
Inertial Sensor Characterization, GPS/INS Estimation Analysis, Estimation and Control
John graduated with B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Christian Brothers University Memphis, TN 2005. The undergraduate experience at CBU equipped John with the knowledge and practice to design and implement experiments and complete projects using common machine shop tools providing quantitative analysis of failure modes in the non-ideal engineering domain. His work experience includes an internship with Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics which included analysis of machine run-time data, facilitator of cross-departmental meetings for process improvement, and exposure to production CNC machining, gauging, and calibration of high-tolerance products. His is a member of Tau Beta Pi and ASME and is currently pursuing his MSME with a concentration in Systems & Controls from Auburn Univeristy.
